Uploading/Downloading Files
To connect to our ftp server you require ftp client software.
If you don't already have the software, try the free Filezilla.
Use the default settings for the installation.
1) Start the client by clicking on it.
2) Look along the top. You will see boxes for Host, Username and Password. Enter the information here that Quadrillion has provided you with (you can ignore Port) and click Quickconnect.

(Your version of Filezilla may look slightly different depending on your operating system.)
Your login information will be automatically saved - when you want to login in future, just click on the down arrow next to the Quickconnect button and choose the appropriate account.

3) Once connected, a number of panes will appear. The one on the left shows directories on your computer, and the one on right shows directories on our server. Navigate by clicking on the desired directory in the top part of the pane; the files and folders it contains will be shown in the lower part.

(The pane along the bottom shows the status as files are being transferred.)
4) To upload (send) files, drag your file/s from your PC to the "Remote site" pane.
5) To download (receive) files, simply drag the file/s from the "Remote site" pane to your PC.
Upload and Download time will depend on the size of the file, but you can leave it running while doing other tasks on your PC.
